Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees:

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which levied by your country once the shipment has arrived. Any additional charges, fees etc for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Fynwood Products do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies regarding the import of wooden products vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further advice.

Returned Goods:

Goods will not be accepted for return unless specific agreement for such return has been issued in advance by the Customer Services Department. A restocking fee of 15% of the product’s original cost will be made. The products must be returned in “as new” condition. The cost of the return postage must be borne by the sender unless previously agreed otherwise by Fynwood Products.

Postage / Shipping:

We attempt to post/ ship all orders within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excepted). We do not accept orders against “out-of-stock” products.
