Description

This is a fairly large chopping board made from Southland Beech and American Hard Maple. The subtle pink colour of the beech goes very well with the lighter colour of the American Maple.
The board is approx 420mm long x 280mm wide x 45mm thick and weighs in at 3.70 kg.
It has been finished with one coat of the natural mineral oil followed by two coats of the 100% food-safe mineral oil / beeswax mixture.
There is only the one at the moment but I can make more.
